Inspired by southern vernacular and sweeping views of the nearby Tennessee River, the proposed development includes eight townhouses and a multi-level restaurant and event space. Nestled at the corner of two residential streets, and within walking distance of Suttree Landing Park, the development is introduced into a growing neighborhood with varying scales from single-family homes to small, mixed-use / townhome typologies.

Each multi-level, 1400 s.f. townhome features an open great room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The third-floor master suite opens to a private deck with views toward the park and river. Four garden units offer private courtyards, accessed directly from the resident parking area adjacent to the building. The townhomes emphasize natural light and incorporate a warm, natural wood palette, creating a clean and contemporary aesthetic.

The 6,000 s.f. restaurant includes two levels of indoor dining with multiple bar locations and options for outdoor dining. The third level features a rooftop bar and event space, providing sweeping views of the Tennessee River, perfect for year-round enjoyment.
