MHM was excited to contribute to the East Tennessee Community Design Center's Charette focusing on a 10-acre area located between Sutherland Avenue and Division Street. The concept was driven by the desire to create a connection from the existing Third Creek greenway to John Tarleton Park by introducing recreational activities on an urban scale. The project attempts to recalibrate the mix and scale of occupancies along the Eastern end of the corridor to better serve the area’s existing inhabitants.
