With over 40 years in the architecture and construction industry, Ben brings extensive technical expertise in materials, constructability, and aesthetics. He finds great satisfaction in guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution in the field. As a liaison between the design team, contractor, owner, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction, Ben is a thorough communicator dedicated to clarity and collaboration. His primary focus areas include construction contract administration and specification writing.
Beyond his professional work, Ben serves as Vice-Chairman of the Rocky Top (formerly Lake City), Tennessee, Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals.
