Jack Cochran, AIA

Jack Cochran is a Project Architect with over a decade of experience working on federal, commercial, residential, and institutional projects. He received Master of Architecture and Master of Urban and Environmental Planning degrees from the University of Virginia and has worked in small, medium, and large firms in Boston, New York, and Washington, D.C. Jack is passionate about sustainable architecture and urbanism, and has brought these values to his work, many of which included thoughtful, low-carbon renovations of historic buildings from throughout the 20th Century. His clients have included Sony Computer Science Laboratories, the University of Pennsylvania, the Architect of the Capitol, the non-profit American Chemical Society, and Princeton University.

Jack is also an award-winning installation artist for MIMMI, an interactive, digitally-integrated inflatable structure in Minneapolis. He has worked in urban planning to support light rail line construction between Minneapolis and St. Paul and has been an educator for ten years. He is a Lecturer at the University of Tennessee, and his classes at the Boston Architectural College have included thesis, advanced studios, community engagement, and entrepreneurship.
